ProPresenter is presentation software specifically designed for churches to display lyrics, graphics, videos, and announcements for both in-person congregations and online viewers. What makes it special is its combination of simplicity and robust functionality—tasks that previously required multiple computers can now be accomplished on a single ProPresenter machine.
Churches favor ProPresenter for three main reasons: it features an intuitive, user-friendly interface that’s simple to learn; presentations look polished and professional every week; and once properly configured, volunteers with minimal training can effectively operate it during services.
To install ProPresenter, visit renewedvision.com, navigate to Products > ProPresenter, and click the download button. You can choose between Mac or Windows versions. After downloading, unzip the file, double-click the ProPresenter app, and move it to your Applications folder. On first launch, you’ll be guided through setup screens where you can configure screens for your audience or stage display, customize your experience, download sample content if desired, and eventually activate your license.
ProPresenter recommends macOS 15 or higher for Mac users and Windows 11 for Windows users. The software runs very stably on Mac hardware, including simple setups like an M1 Mac Mini that can support up to 8 displays. Windows systems are equally viable depending on your organizational preference.
Access your account at renewedvision.com by signing in to view your dashboard. You can manage multiple organizations and switch between them as needed. The dashboard displays available seats (campus licenses offer up to 20 seats for installation on different machines), shows which machines currently have ProPresenter installed, displays purchased Bible content, active ProContent subscriptions, and allows you to manage billing and organization information including member access permissions.
