These Terms of Use explain how our website works, what to expect, and what we’re not responsible for. Please read them carefully. By using this website and our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Not Legal Advice

Nothing on this website is legal advice. We’re here to help you use software and gear for your church, not to provide legal guidance. If you need legal advice, please consult with a qualified attorney. We’re not liable for any legal decisions you make based on anything you see on this website or in our training.

2. No Guarantees on Results

Your results depend on YOU. Our training is informational only. We provide guidance, but what you get out of it depends on:

  • Whether you follow the training
  • How many training videos or sessions you watch
  • Whether you actually put the training into practice in your church

We make no guarantees about:

  • How well you’ll learn the material
  • What results you’ll achieve after taking our courses
  • How the software or equipment will perform in your specific situation

Everyone’s situation is different, and your success is directly tied to your effort and implementation.

3. Computer & Technical Issues – Not Our Responsibility

Any advice you follow is at your own risk. If something goes wrong with your computer, software, or equipment because you followed advice from our website, our training courses, or our consultants, we are not liable.

This includes:

  • Computer crashes or data loss
  • Software errors or malfunctions
  • Equipment failures or damage

Back up your data. Before using any advice or training from us, you are responsible for backing up all your important data. If something goes wrong, we can’t restore what you’ve lost.

4. Third-Party Tools & Software

We teach you how to use Planning Center, ProPresenter, and other third-party software and equipment. We do not own, control, or operate these tools. We are not affiliated with these organizations in any way.

We’re not responsible for:

  • How third-party tools work or don’t work
  • Changes they make to their software
  • Outages or problems on their platforms
  • Their terms of service or policies

For issues with third-party tools, contact those companies directly. We can only help you learn how to use them.

5. Hourly Training – Money-Back Guarantee

When you purchase hourly training sessions from us, here’s our promise:

After your first session, if you’re not satisfied, you can request a full refund. That’s it – no questions asked. This guarantee only applies to your first session purchase. Any additional hours you purchase are non-refundable outside of this first-session guarantee.

6. ProPresenter Course – Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on our ProPresenter course. If you purchase the course and don’t like it, email us at joshua@worshipresources.church and request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. We’ll refund your money in full.

After 14 days, refunds are not available for the ProPresenter course.

7. Lifetime Access to ProPresenter Course

What “Lifetime” Means:
When you purchase lifetime access to our ProPresenter course, you have access for as long as:

  • The course exists on our website
  • Our website remains active and online
  • We’re able to maintain the website and servers

If our website goes down or we can no longer maintain it, you will lose access to the course. We plan to keep WorshipResources.Church active indefinitely, but we cannot guarantee this forever.

What happens if we sell the company:
If we sell WorshipResources.Church in the future, we will attempt to notify you, but we cannot guarantee that your lifetime access will transfer to the new owner. Your data may transfer to the new business owner, but your course access is not guaranteed.

Note: We don’t currently plan to sell, and we plan to keep the website active as long as possible. But we want you to know this possibility exists.

8. Website Maintenance & Service Interruptions

The website may be down sometimes. We maintain WorshipResources.Church regularly, and occasionally we experience:

  • Scheduled maintenance and updates
  • Server issues or downtime
  • High traffic that overloads the system
  • Technical problems beyond our control

During these times, you may not have access to your course or training materials. We’re not liable for these interruptions, and we don’t offer refunds because of temporary downtime. We do our best to minimize these issues, but we can’t guarantee constant, uninterrupted access.

9. Audio-Visual Installation & Website Design Services

No guarantees on our installation or design work. When we install audio-visual systems, build websites, or provide repair services for your church, we do our best to ensure everything works well and lasts a long time. However, we make no guarantees about:

  • How long equipment will last
  • Performance or reliability
  • Specific outcomes
  • Results after installation

We stand behind our work and will do our best, but we’re not liable if something fails or doesn’t perform as hoped.

10. Refund Policy Summary

Here’s when we offer refunds:

  • Hourly training: Full refund after your first session
  • ProPresenter course: Full refund within 14 days of purchase

Refunds are NOT available for:

  • Training hours purchased after your first session
  • ProPresenter course purchases after 14 days
  • Installation or design services
  • Any other services beyond those listed above

11. Your Responsibility

By using our website and services, you agree that:

  • You’ve read and understand these terms
  • You’re responsible for your own data and backups
  • You understand the risks of following our advice
  • You take responsibility for your own implementation and results
  • You won’t hold us liable for things outside our control

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use occasionally. When we do, we’ll update the date at the bottom of this page. Keep checking back, because continuing to use our website means you agree to any updated terms.
