Getting Started: Accessing the Reflow Editor

There are two ways to access this game-changing feature:

Method 1: During Import

When importing a song from SongSelect, click the Edit button before importing. This allows you to format the slide before it ever enters your library.

Method 2: After Import

With your presentation open, either:

Click Reflow at the top of the screen
Press Control-R (or Alt-R on Windows)

Customizing Your Reflow Interface

Before diving into formatting, optimize your workspace:

Drag the center handle to adjust the preview size
Increase text size for better readability
Use the bottom slider to control thumbnail count (I recommend setting it to 2)

The Magic: Essential Keyboard Shortcuts

Here are the three shortcuts that will revolutionize your workflow:

1. Option-Shift-Delete (Mac) / Alt-Shift-Delete (Windows)

Let’s walk through a practical example. After importing “Bless God,” the original formatting looks rough:

Before:

After using Reflow shortcuts:

Remember: Slides Aren’t Active in Reflow

When you click slides in the Reflow Editor, they won’t display to your audience. Always return to the Show tab to present your slides.

Undo is Your Friend

Made a mistake? Command-Z (Mac) or Control-Z (Windows) works in the Reflow Editor just like everywhere else.
